Job summary

A leading peacebuilding organization is looking for a consultant to develop a standardized Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL) system for its Palestine program. The consultant will facilitate sessions, design tools, and deliver capacity-strengthening workshops in the Palestinian context. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in MEAL systems and participatory methodologies, particularly in fragile settings. This consultancy is expected to last four months, with deliverables due from September to November 2025.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing MEAL systems in fragile/conflict‑affected settings.
• Experience in participatory indicator development and advocacy‑related monitoring.
• Knowledge of Palestinian peacebuilding, governance, or civil society dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate participatory sessions with staff and partners.
• Design MEAL system aligned with global framework.
• Develop toolkit of standardized MEAL tools.
