They are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and strategic Paid Search Manager to join the team, focusing on working with impactful Technology brands in the B2B sector. The Job

As the Paid Search Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of search marketing campaigns, aligning with client goals and driving measurable success. This will include activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and high performance.
  • Serve as a key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring their strategic objectives are met.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory and privacy changes, guiding the planning and implementation of necessary adaptations in our search strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive program reporting and dashboards, providing insights into program health, performance, and opportunities for growth or efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to biddable media.
  • Play a key role in pitching to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Set high standards across all individual and team outputs to inspire client confidence and trust.
You

For the role of Paid Search Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong background in PPC.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management and development.
  • Strong analytical, numeracy, and office skills
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to be a respected and trusted voice in discussions.
  • Deep expertise in paid search platforms, with a strategic approach to analytics and optimisation.
  • B2B and agency experience is preferred, with a keen understanding of cross-biddable media.
  • Ability to optimise search campaigns with a focus on MQLs, SQLs, and down-funnel metrics, beyond just in-platform indicators.
  • Self-starter and self-thinker with confidence in bringing new ideas and improving workflows.
  • Natural leadership qualities, leading client discussions, and owning projects from start to finish.
  • Enthusiastic mentorship abilities, fostering progression and work satisfaction in direct reports.
  • Technical expertise, including knowledge of trafficking tools (CM360) and fundamentals of other media channels.
