A sports marketing company in London is seeking a Paid Media Lead to oversee flagship paid media accounts. The ideal candidate will possess over 6 years of experience in paid media, with a focus on Paid Social. You will lead campaign planning, mentor junior team members, and contribute to innovative strategies that drive measurable growth for clients. Combining data-driven insight, creative storytelling, and media execution across all channels — from digital and social to TV, audio, and OOH — the team delivers integrated campaigns that grow fan engagement and commercial performance. From global media strategy to hands‑on campaign delivery, we connect brands and rights holders with fans in ways that drive measurable business growth.
Our Growth Marketing team is looking for a Paid Media Lead to lead flagship paid media accounts, and play a key role in the planning, delivery, and optimisation of full‑funnel campaigns.
This is a senior role suited to an experienced paid media specialist – someone who combines hands‑on channel expertise (particularly in Paid Social) with strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for developing people and process. You’ll work alongside other senior leads across the team to shape how we build and deliver an integrated, data‑driven media proposition that connects sports organisations with fans and drives measurable growth.
