A leading NHS Trust in Guildford is looking for a Paediatric Diabetes Patient Pathway Coordinator. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Diabetic Patient pathway co-ordinator with excellent interpersonal skills and a calm and methodical approach to provide a full range of administrative assistance to the Specialist Consultants and Nurses within the Paediatric Diabetes department.
The role will include a full range of administrative duties to support consultants and their team. We are looking for someone that can manage their own workload, demonstrate efficient organisation skills and who can work collaboratively within the team.

To provide a full range of administrative assistance to specialist Consultants and Nurses within the Paediatric Diabetes department. The patient pathway coordinator will be required to manage their own workload, demonstrate efficient organisation and oversee the smooth effective coordination of the office. To work collaboratively within the team to deliver a service, that meets Trust standards and outstanding patient care.
