Job description
Overview

Clinical Psychologists and other accredited psychological professionals, with specialist expertise in Paediatric Diabetes, are key providers of evidence-based psychological assessment and interventions for parents, infants and staff on neonatal units. They work as part of an MDT, provide consultation to medical teams on complex cases and supervise other professionals delivering psychological interventions for Children and Young People and providing staff support.

  • Assess and intervene to support CYP with Diabetes and their families from diagnosis to transition.
  • Provide Infant Mental Health services.
  • Liaise with other psychologists in the network to improve, adapt and implement high quality of care.
