Packing Operatives Required - Littlehampton

The Best Connection in Worthing are currently recruiting experienced Packing Operatives for one of our long‑standing clients based in Littlehampton.

Our client is a leading global chemicals manufacturer who requires reliable temporary packing staff to support their operations during busy periods. This is a hands‑on role within an industrial environment, suitable for candidates who are hardworking, detail‑focused, and physically fit.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Scooping, weighing, and measuring chemical products accurately
• Sealing, labelling, and packing products to a high standard
• Preparing goods for dispatch in line with company procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Following health & safety guidelines and quality standards

Some of the products can weigh up to 15kg, therefore candidates must be comfortable with repetitive lifting and standing for extended periods.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in an industrial or warehouse environment
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet for an 8‑hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability
• Comfortable working as part of a team
