Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and compliance of medicinal product packaging? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pack Management Executive to join our UK & Ireland Regulatory Affairs team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing pack changes for a defined portfolio, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and company standards, and supporting both product and non-product related projects. You will work closely with regulatory, supply chain, brand and manufacturing colleagues, making sure artwork is accurate, compliant and delivered on time. We value attention to detail, clear communication and teamwork.

In this role you will
  • Manage medicinal product pack changes within a dedicated artwork management system.
  • Ensure compliance with artwork creation processes that meet regulatory agency, brand team, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Initiate, progress, and implement regulatory pack changes.
  • Proofread and quality check pack changes.Control, track, and plan the implementation of pack changes in collaboration with regulatory executives and supply chain managers.
  • Ensure high-quality artwork briefs and pack changes to avoid product incidents or recalls.
  • Lead or contribute to non-product-specific activities and projects (regulatory or pack management), applying knowledge of internal and external guidelines.
  • Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update regulatory databases in accordance with directorate procedures.
  • Collaborate within the Regulatory Department to achieve business and departmental objectives.

  • Experience working with supply chain or manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Experience managing small projects or improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work in a complex or matrix environment.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and tight timelines.
  • Proven proofreading or quality checking skills.
