Job summary

Working as part of a team in a busy appointments call centre, booking a range of outpatient clinic appointments and theatre procedures.

Main duties of the job

A fabulous opportunity has become available to join the patient booking department based in Wrexham Maelor Hospital. We are looking for a hard working individuals to join our team. The role is based in a busy call centre environment and the successful applicants will be part of a team of experienced staff with responsibility for managing a waiting list and booking patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task and stay calm under pressure is essential.
