A leading housing company is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Yorkshire West region from the Head Office in Leeds. This role involves managing office functions, coordinating meetings, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in a similar fast-paced role, ideally in housebuilding. Main purpose of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join us supporting our Yorkshire West region, based from the regional Head Office in Leeds.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of the administration function and is accountable for the office management.
The postholder will also arrange meetings, conferences and workshops as requested including internal catering and travel arrangements. They will attend meetings including coordinating any necessary paperwork for example agenda and minutes. They will set up and manage the electronic filing and information systems, ensuring both consistency approach with our regional businesses and that best practice and innovation of new processes is utilised.

We are looking for someone who has experience within a similar role as a PA within a fast-paced business. Experience working within a similar role within Housebuilding would put candidates at a distinct advantage.
