Overview

Our client, a high-profile music artist, requires an experienced and energetic PA to provide first class support across their private, social and business calendars as well as managing their day to day personal and professional needs.

This is not a 9am to 5pm position and absolute flexibility and commitment is key. Candidates must be willing and able to commit completely to the role and be available to spend extensive periods of time travelling and on tour, sometimes at short notice.

A calm and unflappable manner is crucial - plans will change at the last minute and taking this in your stride and coming up with a plan B will be needed on a regular basis. You must have excellent communication and prioritisation skills and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

The successful candidate will ideally have a background in the music industry or having supported talent at a similar level and experience with fashion, styling and wardrobe management would be a huge plus!

Hours: Full time with out of hours support

Location: London with travel

Salary: £50k-60k dependent on experience

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the Principals personal diary and coordinating with management regarding her work schedule
  • Confidentially liaising with management, accountants, PR and the wider team
  • Handling correspondence and screening calls and enquiries
  • Accompanying the client worldwide when needed and liaising with security
  • Prioritising conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously and proactively
  • Liaising with our client’s styling team to receive and return wardrobe
  • Packing and unpacking wardrobe for our client’s travel, including pressing and hanging items as necessary or taking items to dry cleaners
  • Taking care of house maintenance in conjunction with cleaners, gardeners and contractors, checking services and appliances, and laundry of bedlinen
  • Receiving our client’s parcels and fan mail
  • Monitoring personal invoices, seeking approval and making payment in a timely manner; settling household bills and payments
  • Personal shopping and arranging personal gifts and other general errands
  • Actioning itinerary plans, including booking travel, restaurants or social events
  • Helping to look after our client’s family when needed
