Education

CIPD Level 3 (completed or in progress)
Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • PA Support to CEO, SLT, and Board
  • Provide comprehensive diary and calendar management for the CEO, anticipating scheduling needs and managing priorities
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking
  • Arrange UK-based travel and accommodation for the CEO and SLT as required
  • Prepare and distribute Board papers, leadership documents, and communications with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Act as a professional point of contact between the CEO/SLT/Board and internal or external stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support to SLT members on an ad hoc basis
  • HR Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HR system, ensuring compliance and up-to-date information
  • Draft and issue HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, amendments, and formal correspondence
  • Support recruitment administration such as interview coordination, onboarding processes, and security clearance checks
  • Assist in the tracking and administration of training, absence, and performance reviews
  • Ensure all HR data and documents are managed in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements
Skills & Experience
  • Essential:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders or Board-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with HR administrative processes and working collaboratively within an HR team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, and data management)
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, including use of mail merge and document formatting
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desirable:
  • CIPD Level 3 (completed or in progress)
  • Experience in a dual-function role combining PA and HR support responsibilities
