Office Manager & PA West End | Five days in the office | 6-month contract | Up to £40,000

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager & PA to join a well-established organisation based in the West End on a six-month contract.

The role combines office management, executive support and wider business administration, supporting the Managing Director alongside finance, HR and marketing functions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a safe, organised and welcoming environment
  • Managing office supplies, equipment and general upkeep
  • Liaising with facilities, IT and external suppliers
  • Coordinating internal and external travel bookings
  • Handling incoming mail, couriers and deliveries
  • Acting as a key point of contact for outsourced services
  • Providing PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management and meeting coordination
  • Arranging travel and itineraries for the MD
  • Preparing meeting rooms and supporting meeting logistics
  • Assisting with presentations and documents
  • Processing expense
  • Providing administrative support to finance, HR and marketing teams
  • Supporting recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
  • Assisting with internal events and ad-hoc marketing activity
