A well-established recruitment agency in North Holmwood is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations. This role involves managing schedules, client communications, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and be tech-savvy, ensuring smooth operations in a busy office environment. Flexibility in working hours may be available.
This role will ideally suit a person who is happy to work in a smaller business where they get involved in all aspects of the general day to day running. ideally you will have come from a service based environment where the emphasis is on giving excellent customer service and support, from initial contact to completion of the project.
Ideally hours will be 9-5 or 8-4 however there may be some flexibility for the right person.
Well-established company based in Holmwood, near Dorking, Surrey, serving a growing base of private and commercial clients across the South East. We’re a close-knit, hands‑on team operating from a busy office, and we’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our office operations.
This is a varied and busy position supporting day‑to‑day business activities. You’ll be part of the team keeping operations running smoothly managing schedules, coordinating communications, and assisting both clients and internal teams.
