Accompany the individual to local places such as cafes, shops, parks, cinemas, or events.
Support with attending social groups or community activities.
Help plan outings and provide transport or support with public transport (if needed).
Accompany and assist the individual at the gym or during physical activity sessions.
Encourage the individual to make their own choices and be involved in decisions.
Support confidence-building and social interaction in community settings.
Provide reassurance and emotional support when out and about.
