Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience in managing subcontractors is required.
• Experience in creating and implementing efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and daily operations of buildings and systems.
• Balance hands-on tasks with management responsibilities.
• Work closely with engineers and directly with the customer.
• Support ongoing operations as well as build and installation projects.

Proven experience in a similar role
