This role offers the opportunity to earn £31,310 while completing a Level 4 qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Qualifications

  • Two A-Levels including Maths or Physics graded C or above, or a BTEC with Maths or engineering module.
  • Five GCSEs including Maths and English Language graded 4(C) or equivalent.
  • A valid UK driving licence prior to start date.
  • Ability to live away from home during training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop projects and safe systems of work for overhead line teams.
  • Support daily management of overhead line team resources.
  • Respond to overhead line faults and defects.
  • Develop specialist technical skills for OHL projects.
  • Shadow experienced engineers to gain skills in the field.
