A leading housing organization in Hertfordshire is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage access to buildings and support residents in Over 55's Housing schemes.   • Salary: £23,587.20 - £31,024 per annum
  • Location: Hertfordshire - Highfields
  • Hours: 36 per week
  • Contract Type: Fixed Term contract / Secondment ending 27th March 2026

Overview

We're looking for someone with good customer care skills to provide a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, and be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, with excellent communication skills, and collaborate with other internal teams to deliver services to residents so they can enjoy their homes and the wider facilities provided.
  • Be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies. Use excellent time management skills to organise and prioritise workload while delivering high-quality services.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Preferably experience in Facilities Management and working knowledge and understanding of the housing/building management sector.
  • Good IT skills on a range of systems to support this role.
