A major NHS mental health service provider in London is looking for staff to support individuals with eating disorders. The role involves facilitating therapeutic activities and providing personal support within a hospital and home setting. Candidates should have experience in healthcare and the ability to work collaboratively. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in patients' recovery journeys.
The post holders will support and facilitate individual therapeutic care plans/therapeutic interventions for adults with eating disorders, that have been planned with or by qualified members of the team in conjunction with the Team’s Consultant and Managers. This role will support patients in a hospital clinic setting as well as their homes.
You will play a key role in developing and facilitating collaborative and therapeutic activities with service users. You will also provide person centred support in a planned and coordinated manner.
