Job description

Role:
The main purpose of this role is to provide outreach support to service users wanting to make changes to their lifestyle – provided by CGL (Change, Grow, Live). Some of the tasks the role involves are:

  1. Provide advice, information and support
  2. Support service users to engage into services
  3. Relapse management support and advice

Time commitment:
Minimum 2 days a week and cover when needed, Monday – Friday.
