An established industry player is seeking compassionate individuals to provide outreach support to service users aiming to improve their lifestyles. This role involves offering advice, information, and assistance to engage service users in various programs, alongside providing relapse management support. Role:
The main purpose of this role is to provide outreach support to service users wanting to make changes to their lifestyle – provided by CGL (Change, Grow, Live). Some of the tasks the role involves are:
Time commitment:
Minimum 2 days a week and cover when needed, Monday – Friday.
