Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Outreach Family Support Worker to join our Early Help team. We use a strength-based approach to empower children, young people, and their families, providing timely interventions that address emerging concerns and support positive, long-term outcomes.

Location: Liverpool

Pay rate: £17.50 per hour umbrella

Contract: 3 months+

Hours: 35 per week

Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead professional, coordinating support with multi-agency partners to ensure a whole-family approach.
  • Undertake Early Help assessments with families and develop tailored support plans.
  • Chair Team Around the Family meetings to review progress and identify additional support needs.
  • Work directly with children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard and interventions are effective in improving outcomes.
About You
  • Experience working with children, young people, and families in a support or social care setting.
  • Strong understanding of Early Help processes and family support interventions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-agency working skills.
