Neway International are seeking an Outreach Family Support Worker to join our client based with Liverpool City Council.

  • Location: Clubmoor Children’s Centre, Liverpool, L11 1DQ
  • Client: Liverpool City Council – Children & Young People Services
  • Hours: 35 per week | Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:45
  • Start Date: 08 September 2025 - ongoing
  • Pay Rate: £16.47 PAYE | £21.48 Umbrella/Ltd IR35
About the Role

Liverpool Early Help is seeking a compassionate and proactive Outreach Family Support Worker to join our team at Clubmoor Children’s Centre. You’ll be at the heart of our strength-based approach, empowering families to overcome emerging challenges and improve long-term outcomes for children and young people.

As the lead professional, you’ll coordinate multi-agency support and ensure a whole-family approach is taken to meet identified needs. You’ll carry out early help assessments, develop tailored support plans, and chair Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
