A leading educational charity in Longstanton is seeking an Out of School Club Manager to inspire and lead their team in delivering high-quality early years education and care. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster relationships with parents and the community. Ideal applicants will possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, post-qualification experience, and strong leadership skills. We are looking for a skilled and creative Out of School Club Manager who can inspire and lead their team to deliver outstanding early years education and care.
Our Longstanton Pre-School in Cambridge is rated Goodby Ofsted and 9.9on Day Nurseries. The Out of School Club Manager will be supported by the Early Years Manager, the Children Services Manager, and wider Alliance support services including HR and Finance.
