A warm and friendly approach, sensitivity to children's rights and needs, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships are crucial. As an Intervention Support Worker, you will provide out-of-hours support for Children's Services, delivering emergency interventions and residential support in bespoke placements. You will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be part of a team that supports vulnerable children and their families. Responsibilities include contributing to child plans, managing a caseload, providing safe care, and engaging in multi-agency collaborations. Completing the All Wales Induction Framework for Health and Social Care within 6 months is required.
