Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical support in theatre, ensuring safe and confident use of orthopaedic implants and instrumentation
  • Deliver structured training and education programmes to theatre teams and surgeons
  • Assist the commercial team in identifying new business opportunities
  • Oversee instruments, equipment, and inventory for your accounts
  • Collaborate with colleagues across territories to ensure seamless service
  • Support clinical research activity where required
  • Maintain all mandatory operating theatre access and compliance
  • Represent the brand with professionalism in both NHS and private sectors
Qualifications
  • Experience in orthopaedics, ideally arthroplasty or major joint reconstruction
  • A strong clinical background (e.g., theatre practitioner, ODP, physiotherapist, orthopaedic nurse, clinical specialist)
  • The confidence to work independently and influence at senior clinical and managerial levels
  • Experience supporting or managing customer accounts
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
  • At least 18 months of experience in a relevant clinical or field‑based role
  • The ability to obtain/hold Theatre Access qualifications (or willingness to sit the exam)
