About the role

A rare opportunity has arisen for a confident and capable Orthodontic Therapist to join a high-end, fully private dental practice in Norwich. This is a well-established, independently owned practice with a superb reputation for adult and cosmetic orthodontics, supported by hundreds of five-star reviews. The successful candidate will be joining a warm, collaborative team and working within a modern, forward-thinking setting.

The practice is fully digital, with three iTero scanners and advanced clear aligner workflows. You will support the delivery of high-quality orthodontic treatment plans under the prescription of a senior clinician with a strong background in adult orthodontics. The patient base is entirely private and predominantly adult, with a mix of Invisalign, fixed appliances, and retainers. This is a great opportunity for an Orthodontic Therapist with at least two years’ experience who is confident, communicative, and digitally proficient.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality orthodontic treatment plans under the prescription of a senior clinician with a strong background in adult orthodontics.
• Work in a fully digital environment with digital workflows (iTero, Invisalign, etc.).
• Engage with a predominantly adult private patient base, including clear aligner and fixed appliance treatments.
• Contribute to a warm, collaborative team in a modern, forward-thinking setting.
• Assist with occasional administrative elements and potential remote tasks in the future.

Requirements

• Fully registered with the GDC.
