As an Organisational Capability Responsibility Manager, you’ll make a real impact, influencing strategic capability planning and supporting future programmes critical to national security.
Day-to-day, you’ll take on a pivotal role in shaping how human capability is managed and reported across our site. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability, you’ll enhance the team through care and growth, ensuring compliance with Organisational Capability-related Licence and Authorisation Conditions.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.
