Join one of the area's best logistics and distribution companies! Connect Appointments are looking for reliable individuals to become an Order Picker with our clients warehouse team.

Working within their Bathgate facility, this is a full-time ongoing position, with shifts rota based between:

• 5am start times, with finish times circa 12pm - paid at £15.20 per hour*
• 6am start times, with finish times circa 1pm/3pm - paid at £15.20 per hour*

*Please be aware that this is the cost from December 1st 2025.

Duties

As an Order Picker, your duties will include using headsets, barcodes and serial numbers to locate the correct items for shipment, ensuring inventory is managed accurately. Combined with:

• Safely picking items from shelves
• Packaging completed orders
• Building pallets
• Moving pallets around the warehouse
• Assisting with the distribution of goods throughout the warehouse
• Performing warehouse cleaning duties if necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• The ability to using picking machines in warehouses and manually pick items
• The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
