The role involves working closely with SI Partners and IT colleagues through various project phases, ensuring successful reporting and integrations. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM and experience in data migration is essential. A focus on customer experience and stakeholder management is required, along with expertise in documentation and testing. This role offers a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labour.
• Experience in data mapping, migration, and validation.
• Ability to manage customer/client expectations and provide superior service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM Project through various phases.
• Take ownership of reporting, integration, and DM specifications.
• Support testing phases with expertise in Payroll Runs.

Skills

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM

Experience of moving from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud

Full life cycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

Data Migration from both EBS and other systems

Experience with larger companies (e.g., FTSE 100)

Infrastructure and multi-platform environment exposure

Stakeholder management at various levels

Information Security management frameworks awareness
