Overview

Role Title: Oracle CLOUD HCM Technical Architect
Duration: 06 Months
Location: Leeds - onsite

Your role: As an Oracle CLOUD HCM Technical Architect, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients and supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle CLOUD HCM modules, specifically Core HR/Payroll for the UK public sector. You'll need a deep understanding of all Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle CLOUD Core HR/Payroll in the UK public sector. You'll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, transitioning from the current system and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solutions.

Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle CLOUD HCM for Core HR and Payroll modules for UK
  • Proficient in Core HR, UK Payroll
  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning, Payroll batch loader
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams (technical, business and management)
  • Knowledge and support of existing solutions
  • Preparation of status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Oracle CLOUD HCM, specifically focusing on Core HR/Payroll for UK clients
  • Participate in Data Conversion activities including defining Data Conversion Strategy
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency in Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes
  • Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sector
  • Lead the transition of ongoing system
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools (HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning)
  • Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Payroll and other relevant modules
