A leading health insurance company in the UK is seeking an innovative Optimisation Consultant. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement within the digital product portfolio through process mapping, agile methodologies, and operational efficiency initiatives. Key responsibilities include partnering with business functions, analysing existing processes, and developing optimisation strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in the health insurance sector and related digital transformation certifications. Competitive salary up to £65,000 plus benefits offered.
We’re looking for an innovative, collaborative and driven Optimisation Consultant to join us at AXA Health, to play a crucial role leading on continuous improvement activity within our digital product portfolio. This role is instrumental in harnessing digital capabilities, including automation, RPA, and agile methodologies, to streamline processes, enhance compliance and deliver superior value. As our Optimisation Consultant, you’ll oversee process mapping, transformation initiatives, systems thinking interventions, and technology‑enabled projects aimed at eliminating waste, boosting operational efficiency and identifying growth opportunities within the health insurance domain through detailed analysis and discovery activity. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home in our Tunbridge Wells office, moving to the majority of your working week in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
