Our Optical Managers oversee and manage the entire operation, including managing Optometrists and Optical assistants, ensuring compliance, reviewing sales and targets, and handling customer queries. You will be responsible for clinic management and shop floor processes, ensuring the department is well-equipped. Working closely with an Optometrist, you'll coach and develop your team.
