Job description

Job Title: Ophthalmology Territory Sales Manager

A fast-growing supplier of ophthalmology products, whose mission is to supply cutting-edge solutions to the UK NHS & Private healthcare market, is seeking to expand its successful sales team. Due to ongoing success and future growth plans, they are looking to hire a new Ophthalmology Territory Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage NHS and Private hospital accounts within an assigned geographic territory (North London, Home Counties, East Anglia).
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish effective business growth processes.
  3. Represent the company at industry trade shows.
  4. Stay updated with new products, promotions, and other relevant information for customers.
  5. Grow the existing portfolio, including key customers.
  6. Work cross-functionally with operations and support teams.
You Will Have:
  1. Prior experience in surgical settings is essential.
  2. Ophthalmology nurses or similar professions interested in developing a sales career will be considered.
  3. Experience with ophthalmology products or products sold into surgical settings is advantageous.
  4. Proven sales and account management skills within a territory are preferred.
  5. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
  6. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
