Overview

Winncare is seeking an experienced Operative to join the Service Centre team in Blackburn. Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will undertake daily operations within the facility, including cleansing, building and modifying a range of medical devices, while also fulfilling dispatch and quality check responsibilities. This is a fast-paced environment requiring a consistently high standard of work.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the wider team to support continued quality of product, cost efficiencies and achieving KPIs.
  • Contribute to and improve the delivery of high standards and process development within production and manufacturing operations.
  • Adhere to all Company standards of conduct at all times.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding Company operations, policies, and future plans.
  • Deliver works in accordance with ISO procedures.
  • Perform other tasks for which the postholder is qualified and experienced to undertake.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Good communication skills and experience working in a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and energetic approach; ability to work in a tidy and organised manner while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualification would be advantageous.
  • Background in the production of medical devices is advantageous but not essential.
  • UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential.
