In this role, you’ll be a key player in our site operations, reporting directly to the Senior Supervisor. From raw materials and storage to production, dispatch, and housekeeping, you’ll be hands‑on across every stage — all while upholding the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Achieving daily production targets and driving performance
• Recording and reporting quality data to maintain high standards
• Loading and unloading products from plant and vehicles with care
• Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to help the site evolve

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an Operative who brings experience, energy, and a commitment to excellence. Ideally, you’ll have a background in production and dispatch and, in addition, experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial to your application:

• Clear communicator with strong numeracy skills
• A mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance forklift truck
• Hands‑on experience with manual handling
• Team player who thrives on collaboration
