Work Schedule
- Spring/Fall: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Summer: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Occasional overtime may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations across Intus project sites in Southern and Southeastern California
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff; foster a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to the Director of Operations
- Optimize resource allocation: personnel, equipment, and materials
- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional operations
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum age: 28
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and project management tools
- Proven leadership experience in solar, landscaping, or construction industries
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle from planning to completion
- Ability to manage multiple locations and diverse teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within operations or fieldwork
- Strategic planning skills aligned with company goals and market needs
- Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Vendor negotiation and relationship management experience
- Change management expertise
- Data analysis and reporting proficiency
- Knowledge of California energy regulations, permitting, and environmental compliance
- Strong client relationship management skills
Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel within California to oversee sites, conduct inspections, and meet with teams
- Occasional travel to headquarters or industry conferences
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
