Job description

Work Schedule

  • Spring/Fall: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Summer: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Occasional overtime may be required

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations across Intus project sites in Southern and Southeastern California
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits
  • Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff; foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to the Director of Operations
  • Optimize resource allocation: personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional operations
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum age: 28
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and project management tools
  • Proven leadership experience in solar, landscaping, or construction industries
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle from planning to completion
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management
