Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment.
• Experience supervising or supporting others.
• A full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points for minor offences, no major offences).
• Comfortable using digital tools such as MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Fleet Specialists on a day-to-day basis.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and regular performance check-ins.
• Ensure daily operational tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Support the team with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and battery swaps.
• Assist with spare parts and battery stock control.
