About the Role
  • Lead, coach, and inspire new team members, delivering high quality training in partnership with the Training & Development Manager to ensure operational excellence.
  • Conduct proactive site visits and perform welfare checks to maintain team well‑being and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Area Operations Manager, providing hands‑on operational support and contributing to strategic decision‑making when required.
  • Drive compliance and quality by performing detailed audits and inspections of security services and personnel, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and best practices.
  • Produce accurate and timely management reports, offering insights that support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Champion Health & Safety standards, embedding a culture of safety and compliance across all operations.
  • Take ownership of additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of the project and the reputation of FRG.
