Position : Operations Supervisor

This role is a leadership position within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. The focus is on ensuring safe, reliable and efficient production while managing a diverse team and a broad range of product lines. The position suits someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor, solving problems quickly, and maintaining strong standards across people, processes and output.

The successful individual will be accountable for safety, quality, delivery and overall production performance, overseeing a large team within a multicultural workforce.
