Operations Supervisors

An opportunity has arisen for two Operations Supervisors to work as part of a team with responsibility for the management of departmental shift operations. The role consists of a shared responsibility for developing, evaluating and improving key performance indicators for plant and company objectives.

The successful candidates shall have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office. They will have a proven track record for leadership and technical ability, be customer focused and have a drive for development and teamwork.

Previous experience in managing teams, project management, lean and lean supply chain management will be advantageous for this role.
