We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented entry‑level Operations Quality Control Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a tech‑savvy professional with at least one year of experience in Operations Quality Control, eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and product quality. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing systems and operations processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations.
Responsabilidades
- Track attendance, task completion, and performance metrics across departments
- Maintain updated records of appointments, lead generation, and client interactions
- Use Excel and Google Sheets to automate reports, track KPIs, and visualize team performance
- Ensure all staff and trainees have proper access to tools and platforms, managing user accounts securely
- Provide real‑time support to remote team members and managers via chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot basic software, tool, or connectivity issues to minimize workflow disruptions
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of operational tools such as Make, Zapier, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, Meta Marketplace, and softphone systems (Fonax)
- Monitor platform usage and system health to ensure smooth operations and timely updates
- Review workflows regularly to detect inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Support lead generation and campaign tracking through organized data imports/exports
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment between team output and business goals
Requisitos
- Educación mínima: Educación Técnico/Profesional
- 1 año de experiencia
- Idiomas: Inglés
- Edad: entre 22 y 35 años
- Conocimientos: Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations and IT support, or quality control role.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Tech‑savvy with hands‑on experience in CRM platforms, IP phone systems (Fonax), Google Suite, Outlook, Meta Marketplace, VPNs, EHR systems, and integration formulas.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday (09:00 AM – 6:00 PM VZLA).
- Onsite availability in Chacao, Caracas.
