A leading facilities management company in Northern Ireland is seeking a dedicated planner to manage scheduling and logistics. You will be the point of contact for customers and ensure efficient job completion. The ideal candidate has previous experience in scheduling/logistics and excels in customer service. Qualifications

  • Previous experience of scheduling/logistics.
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Be the initial point of contact for tenants for urgent and routine works.
  • Scheduling customer appointments and creating events.
  • Assigning jobs to relevant trades considering cost and customer service.
  • Monitoring progress of all jobs to ensure timely completion.

Skills

IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service and customer excellence
Strong planning and organisation skills
Excellent communication skills

Education

Degree / HND in a related discipline
