Qualifications

Operations Officer

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE

About the Role

Educamps Ltd deliver high-quality adventure camps, language programmes, and education experiences for children and young people in the UK and internationally.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of our programmes. This is a varied, hands‑on role at the heart of the organisation, supporting logistics, compliance, communication, and coordination across both our adventure camps and language programmes.

You will work closely with the directors and wider team to ensure our programmes run safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating logistics for camps and language programmes, including transport, accommodation, activities, and schedules
  • Supporting compliance requirements including safeguarding, risk assessments, health & safety, Ofsted, and British Council standards
  • Acting as a first point of contact for parents, schools, host families, and international agents
  • Supporting bookings, invoicing, payments, and supplier coordination
  • Liaising with external providers and partner organisations
  • Supporting host family arrangements and safeguarding processes
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and operational trackers
  • Supporting pre-camp preparation and live delivery during busy periods
  • Assisting with ad-hoc operational tasks as the organisation grows

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm (including lunch break)
  • Flexibility required during peak camp periods
  • TOIL provided for additional hours worked
