Qualifications

• Previous senior management experience of multiple deep excavation capital utility works under CDM regulations.
• Experience in the management of a large workforce.
• Excellent commercial awareness including NEC3 forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Directly managing a team of Project Managers and Supervisors overseeing deep excavation utility works.
• Conducting regular site progress meetings with the client.
• Ensuring safety and proper documentation of all projects.
• Working closely with the commercial team on NEC contracts.
• Ensuring all required plant and materials are on-site when needed.
