Operations Manager / Projects Director required in Essex

They are expanding and seeking a strategic and hands-on Projects Director to oversee and drive the successful delivery of multiple major projects, leading from the front and ensuring excellence at every stage.
Duties and responsibilities of the Operations Manager / Projects Director:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Projects Director will take full responsibility for the operational delivery of a portfolio of high-value projects across a range of sectors. You will lead project teams, provide strategic direction, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout.
