Working within Lanes Group you will be working within our Sapphire Utility Solutions division operating on the Yorkshire Water Wastewater Service Agreement (WwSA) Contract.
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager who will provide strategic and operational leadership across all non-civils workstreams within our Yorkshire Water Delivery Frameworks including Jetting / Tankering CCTV Sewer Lining and Patch Lining. This role is accountable for the successful delivery of proactive wastewater maintenance programmes issued by Yorkshire Water as well as supporting our client across their Reactive Response with Resilience teams and expertise. The role must support in ensuring safety compliance performance and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved. The Operations Manager will lead a team of Project Managers and Supervisors driving collaboration continuous improvement and operational excellence.
