Operations Manager - Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS)

Salary : up to £65K per Annum + Bonuses

They are now seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager - Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) to oversee the effective daily running of their service and support continued growth.

Role Overview

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of all patient transport activities. You will provide strong leadership to operational teams, maintain service excellence, optimise resources, and uphold the highest standards of compliance, risk assessments and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatch, and delivery of NEPTS services
  • Provide clear leadership to control, fleet, and operational staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability
  • Maintain strong relationships with NHS partners, commissioners, and stakeholders to support high-quality service delivery
