Location: Riga(Remote)

We are looking for experienced Operations Managers with a strong background in iGaming operations to ensure the smooth, efficient, and profitable performance of our projects. The role involves overseeing key operational processes, enhancing player experience, achieving business goals, and implementing new operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control project profitability and key financial metrics (P&L, cash flow, GGR/NRG, churn rate, ARPPU, LTV).
  • Monitor KPIs and health metrics, including player, geo, and channel segmentation.
  • Identify reasons for performance deviations and develop improvement plans based on analysis.
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey from registration to retention and repeat deposits.
  • Formulate, test, and validate hypotheses to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Enhance the efficiency of CRM communications and touchpoints.
  • Participate in the development of promotional plans (bonuses, campaigns, special offers) based on current metrics; coordinate launch and post-analysis.
  • Analyze and optimize AML/KYC, payment, and support procedures.
  • Build and manage an effective retention team and operational automations.
