Operations Manager - Premium Food-Led Hospitality

Multi-site | Field based | Reporting to Head of Operations

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for high-quality, food-led hospitality to lead a portfolio of premium retail food locations. This is a hands-on role for a visible leader who excels exceptional service, beautifully presented food and teams who genuinely care about their guests and their craft.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and inspire General Managers across a multi-site locations
  • Drive sales, profitability and cost control while protecting quality and brand standards
  • Champion outstanding guest experience across food quality, service and presentation
  • Embed consistent operating standards through regular planned and unplanned site visits
  • Use performance data, audits and feedback to continuously raise standards
  • Support new site openings and ensure successful launches
  • Own escalated guest complaints, ensuring learning is shared and standards strengthened
  • Ensure compliance across food safety, hygiene, health & safety and property standards

  • Proven experience in multi-site, food-led hospitality
  • Strong understanding of high-volume service environments where quality matters
  • An inspiring, hands-on leader who leads from the front
  • Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
