We have a range of over 1,500 products consisting of ambient, chilled and frozen.

Due to constant success and year on year growth, we are now looking to expand our team.

THE ROLE:

Due to a successful last 12 months and increased volume we are seeking to further develop our operations team with the addition of an Operations Manager to our team.

This person will fully manage our depot and will be responsible for all areas including transport, warehousing, logistics, health and safety and operational performance across the depot.

You will manage 3 managers and through this a sizeable team across transport and warehouse.

We are a successful operation with strong potential for further growth - so you will work closely with head office on strategy and implementation of strong operations on site, as strong service is a core value within our company and we our known for our exceptional service levels across our customer base.

THE APPLICANT.

We are seeking to speak to a candidate with a proven track record in Operations Management and who would be excited in a role.

• Candidates must have strong experience in Operations Management
• Candidates must be from a product based B2B Operations background involving transport and logistics.
• Experience within Foodservice wholesale operations would be of particular interest although not essential.
• A background in Food or multi temp operations and distribution will also be beneficial.
• Candidates with Foodservice experience may also be from a Transport, Warehouse or logistics management background or of Deputy Operations Manager level looking for a step up to Operations Management level.
