Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Housing Repairs, DLO repairs, and servicing/cyclical works.
  • Lead and manage specialist programmes including:
    • Cyclical painting
    • Domestic servicing programmes
    • Specialist maintenance
    • Housing disrepair and damp management
    • HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome) compliance
    • Out-of-hours emergency response
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and optimise resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor performance and deliver continuous service improvements.
